Dissent is a safety valve of democracy

"Dissent is a safety valve of democracy" is rightly said by justice D Y Chandrachud for the freedom of speech and expression and the protests thereof but it would have been better if dessent turned into anti national had also been mentioned apropos of the recent protests and dessents seen in JNU,AMU and in many anti CAA Agitations.

Freedom of speech

In recent times  in the name of freedom of speech some people are crossing  and jumping to abandon and anarchy. No one Denies peaceful, strong and effective demonstrations and protests to express their resentments, grievances and demands but what is happening some diverted ill minded people are in the name of protests damaging and burning the precious national properties and creating havoc in the society. To curb such anti social and anti national elements along with their hidden hands behind them strict action should be taken by the government and they should be booked under the act of treason. The so called sympathisers -media and human right activists must also be dealt wisely and strictly. Only then the common man will be comfortable in a peaceful society and contribute in nation building.

Fielding of tainted candidates by political parties

Inspite of the clear directions of the election commission the political parties field candidates with criminal back ground in  elections leaving behind more deserving candidates with a one point motto to gather more votes by hook or by crook.This must be totally stopped and candidates with clean image in society only be given tickets at national, state or other local levels then only we can have a corruption and crime free society and good governance.

National versus local issues for a government

For a government to be successful, the national as well as local issues should be wisely taken care of. Focusing only on one the other side will be deprived of and today's awared subject will negate the polity what we can see in recent times.

Anger

Anger is a wave of unpleasant feeling that comes from the inner instrument when one becomes unhappy with another.It is a modification of desire.It is the formidable enemy of peace, knowledge,duty and devotion.
Sometimes a teacher has to manifest a little anger to correct his students.  This is not bad .He has to show it but he should be cool within. He should not allow the anger to take deep root in his mind for a long. It should pass off the next moment as a wave subsides in the sea.

Road construction

The rainy season is starting one can see the beginning of roads construction here and there resulting in loss of materials, poor quality, more time taking.Why not it is planned well & completed in time ? Secondly no sooner  the roads are completed the work of laying cables by different agencies starts and spoils the roads and after laying cables the agencies do not bother to repair.It should be the responsibility of the road constructing department  & the agency to repair the damaged portion immediately.
